Makani Company does not charge any commission on any order, as the merchant takes 100% of the revenues and returns after the electronic payment company deducts its agreed-upon commission. There is a limited number of products that merchants can list on their online stores after signing up.
1- Click on the lock icon next to the control panel link. 2- Click on “Profiles and Links” 3- Choose “Control cookies and links”. 4- Click on the delete icon next to each electronic link. 5- Click “Done” after completing deleting all links. 6- Update the “refresh” link.
All you need to start your online store is to have your products ready, including pictures, names, prices, and any other information you would like to add. After that, you can simply start your store by registering at Makani by clicking on the registration button, or contacting us.
1- First, click on “Forgot your password?” 2- Enter the email you used to create the online store. 3- Check your personal email, where you will receive a link to change your password (including the SPAM file). 4- Go back to the control panel, and log in using the new password. 5- If the process is not successful, please contact us at the customer service center.

Shipping costs vary depending on more than one factor, such as the delivery company, the customer’s location, and the size of the shipment. The merchant decides when establishing the store or later who bears the shipping fees, whether the customer or the merchant, and they are clear to the customer during the purchase process. You can view the delivery cost for each company and you can change your shipping prices easily through the control panel.
In some countries, it is not required to have a commercial register to open a store. However, if you want to link the store to payment gateways and shipping/delivery companies, all government records and documents supporting the activity must be available.
The Makani website is not an electronic market, and customers are not required to enter it to complete the purchase process. They can purchase from your store by visiting the link to your own store directly. The stores on the Makani electronic platform are completely independent and each store has its own distinct identity.
The amounts collected from the store’s customers do not return to Makani, as the electronic payment service provider is the one who receives the paid amounts and the provider transfers it directly to your bank account known to them without interference from Makani. The period varies based on the electronic payment gateway that has been linked to the store.
Makani serves merchants of all nationalities located in Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Jordan and Iraq, and we also hope to expand in the Arab world.
